Owner and legal review
Interim terms of service
These interim terms are a product-readiness placeholder. They require owner and legal approval before production and do not create a claim of legal compliance.
Service coordination
Kappaa coordinates home-service requests with staff and local workers. Availability, timing, scope, price, and worker assignment must be confirmed through the supported booking and quote workflow.
Quotes, payment, cancellation, and disputes
Customers should review and approve a quote before work starts. Payment and invoice records reflect the amount recorded for the completed job. Configured cancellation fees and dispute windows are shown by the application workflow; final commercial and refund policies still require owner approval.
Acceptable use and support
Users must provide accurate booking information and must not misuse accounts, provider integrations, or staff and worker contact channels. Access may be restricted when needed to protect the service or its participants, subject to the approved operating policy.
A formal terms and grievance contact has not yet been configured and verified. Publishing that channel and the approved contracting entity is a production launch gate.
Account closure and retained records
A request to close an account does not cancel an active service request or resolve an outstanding quote, payment, invoice, commission, refund, safety review, or dispute. Kappaa must verify the requester and review those records before confirming what can be deleted, anonymized, or retained under an approved hold.
There is currently no instant self-deletion action. Use the request process in the interim privacy notice. The account remains active unless Kappaa explicitly confirms a different status after review.
